Subject: RE: Anyone using a hooklift truck to haul grain

NC Indiana
I can get an '92 tandem w/ 60k lift w/ 4-30 yd dumpsters for $19K. I know new dumpsters are $3800 each, used seem to be selling for $2500.

I could see the 2 box system working w/ an auger cart maybe fill them 1/2 full and top them off on the truck, but I already have 1 grain truck but I could use a 2nd one. I was planning to keep the grain box on and just fill w/ the combine. I was mainly concerned about safety and if a grain box would fit on that system.

Thanks all! cg
