I've noticed its been better than normal since March or so but only recently is remarkably good. -.20 locally for old crop. That is the best basis I've ever seen here I believe. We had our second best crop last year but I noticed even at harvest there were not piles at come elevators that usually pile. It went somewhere or it is still in farmer hands.
Who has an abnormally good basis?
