Tell me the good, bad, and ugly of these trucks. Has Allison auto fifth wheel and just over 100k miles. Looks good other wise
great pickups, the weak link on the lb7 engine is injectors injectors injectors. If you buy one ask for documentation on injector replacement, maybe even have a balance test done to see the condition of them. Problem with that engine is if you need to change one injector you have to remove the valve cover on that side and all four on that bank. Which usually contaminates the other three good injectors so you have to replace 4 if you're trying to get to one. Don't try and reuse the other three, ask me how I know. We have an old one here that's been a great pickup the only downside to the 5-speed Allison is if you put a programmer on the engine sometimes they can slip in 5th gear if you push them too hard. Usually over 400 horsepower. 1 upside on the injector issue is you can buy almost four injectors for your 03 as you can buy one injector for a new Duramax
