In my area the corn planted in mid April looks good and is knee to almost waist high...The problem is that it has a poor root system and we will be in our dry season in 2-3 weeks.....About all corn planted in late April in front of a 4-5" rain had to be replanted and was done in mid May in front of a another big rain..Most of it had to be replanted and some switched to beans..
Who thinks the crop we have up and running is screwed?
