Subject: RE: Drilled beans depth consistency

Southeast MN
Always had issues with depth on drilled beans, first a Case Ih 5400 mulch till on coulter cart, then a 5250 Krause with the double gauge wheel setup. Finally bought a bean planter last fall for this spring, Case Ih 950 made into a 23 row 15”. Once I got it dialed in for our conditions I’ve been very pleased. Much more even well emerged stand than I ever had with the drill.
