Have "heard" recently from 3rd party source that there may be a change to the price coverage of prevent plant acres.Have "heard" that PP may offer either spring price, or fall price (just like full term crop ins), whichever is higher.I'm asking....has anyone else heard this or is it just wishful thinking being passed around?
