When I looked into it (a couple of weeks ago) my agent said "NO" to the Fall price..............I was stuck with a percent of the coverage and the $4 spring price
It's one of the reasons I pushed ahead and planted into some really nasty conditions.
Something has had to change if the Fall price comes into play.
