yep it plenty wet to justify pp .. take pics of wet ruts etc... I doubt gets denied they will be to busy doing over 250k audits an if does no way u would lose in arbitration for them to deny pp..... sleep easy switching all your corn acres to plant 6 dollar beans is not a good farming practice either have to keep rotation
