Fremont, NE | Not a livestock question but more of a feed inquiry. Trying to double crop soybeans after winter wheat here and the wheat just has come off to late the last couple years to produce a decent double crop bean profit. Curious if there is a forage that might work better for you cattle guys? Is there a forage that I can plant mid July that you or any livestock growers could possibly be interested in purchasing?
Do many guys do custom graze leasing? No fences here. Or grow/bale forage for sale or neither?
