Leesburg, Ohio | Just remember water runs downhill. That is to say, if you are the downhill landowner, you were always getting the water through you anyway, and always will. How it gets to you probably does not really make much difference in the long run. It WAS his water. NOW its yours. Fix your problem. Talk to your neighbor politely, and maybe he will help. I would, if I were your neighbor and you asked politely. I would fix it myself and probably say nothing if I were in your shoes, but then, I have always had a policy of going the extra mile to be a good neighbor. | |
