North Central Illinois		Not following the natural patch of water isn't in following drainage law. Should be able to force the owner to remove them. If you don't want to go that route, which might do more harm than good, I'd ask the owner to put a line through your field to the creek to keep it underground. Offer to pay to upsize it if you could benefit from tapping into it yourself.
