I know with keeping garden seed you have to keep it really cool. I've kept seed for years and it come up just fine. But If it is kept in the house over the course of the year it won't come up the next. Germ rates will be really low.

 

I would build a room and  fridge it really cold.

 

If not Your gonna have to do a germ test next year. Put 100 beans in a wet towell and see how many sprout. If only 80 does then your germ rate is 80%
