Wisconsin | In April there's still frost underneath a lot of places, or at least oversaturated cold mud underneath. In June the ground has evened out the temp and water. Also, longer days and higher sun, so it will dry more in a good day. Don't know what that means to you? You can get away with working in soil wetter on top because it's dryer and firmer underneath, but you might not have to wait long for it to get much better?
The nationwide weather system has changed in the last week or so from what I've read...
