Western Illinois | Your right. Crop insurance wasn’t popular 30+ years ago. Neither was expensive inputs. The cost of production was no where near what it is today. You have to protect your investment. BTW, I’m still planting corn today, rolling the dice that I can get a better ROI than PP. We’ll see in a few months whether it was the right decision or not. | |
