Sac & Story county IA | I am going to make a door header to span 2 25 foot openings. 50 feet with support in middle. The scrap yard at Ida grove has a stack of 1/4 x 5 x 10 steel sheets. I am going to make 12 inch wide pieces and have them bent into 7 1/2 x 4 1/2 formed angle iron. that will be bolted and glued to truss made from 2x8s 42 inch deep.
I see the glue gun. That tube might be my favorite brand? Loctite P&L pro. | |
