Who here is good at repairing the broken wires in a row command clutch?

Thanks guys. I think the main thing I'm struggling with is figuring out how to hold the wire down on that pin, hold the iron, hold the wire and get it all soldered together. It's such a small area to work in. I have a device called "Quad Hands" which has adjustable alligator clip arms but it seems like the alligator clips are too large to be effective in that space.

Would be a lot easier if I could pull the pins out of the plastic enclosure.
