joyful - 5/22/2019 22:11 I would think a reel would have less back pressure, just needs power to turn. A big fan when you shut it off will keep spinning and that's where it get it pressure to blow the seal, when you put the remotes in float to shut it off it helps with the backpressure. If you just shut the fan off with the remote, that is where you get more pressure and the case drain helps.
You guys don't have over-run valves on your fan drive lines as a standard fitment.....?
