Stayed with Ag Leader tech support until they were able to get to me. All of my testing pointed to the cable in mind and he agreed although he mentioned that similar symptoms can be caused by a ground issue. If so, he thought my stepper module wouldn't be working today. It did work today so I ordered the harness.
