Kochia, are those percentages correct? I don't know your crops or practices, but with the % you show, the landowner would make nothing or loose money. At least here. Does the landowner really only get 1/3 of the crop, but have to pay 2/3rds of the input cost(seed,fert,chems,etc)?
I share some on the same % but, I pay 2/3 of the inputs and get 2/3 of the crop.
