The only way that would work for the land owner, is if he needs a MAJOR tax writeoff cuz he's making too much money somewhere else. I don't know how you worked that %'s out, but wow, I can see that working well for you. Good job.

I do some farming that way, a "1/3-2/3" deal, I pay 1/3 expenses, get 2/3 of the harvest, he pays 2/3 of the expenses, he gets 1/3 of the harvest. We all make money here. I farm it.
That sounds like a great deal for the farmer, owner would be getting the shaft.....
