Had the same thoughts and needs as you are discussing.

Had a Case for a short period of time. It was a little light in both weight and build.
Ran a Deere 1560 15' for several years. Liked the job the drill did, Drawback was the annual maintenance in both dollars and labor was high for the amount we used it. Replaced large number of worn parts each year. Daily maintenance was also very high. Of the three I am discussing, worked the best for waterway seeding.

Currently have a 20' Landoll 5210 on an Elk Creek cart. We have a 10" spacing. By far best of the three for no-tilling soybeans, and best of the three for seeding Rye cover in the fall behind combine. Very heavy for weight which is needed for no-till. Also very heavy built. Almost zero daily maintenance. Going on third year and have replaced few if any wear parts. Only draw back is a 20' drill does not fit and flex well into our waterways for seeding grass. Also the units do not seem to have as much vertical travel. We use it, just does not work as well. Tend to seed half rates and seed twice to fit well.

The Sunflower drills I do not have experience with, but look to be built and function similar to the Landoll.
