NE IOWA | Well think of a completely different scenario. Clinton is in office and does not start a trade war, beans stay at 10/11, China still our number one customer. Clintons second term some spat comes up with them, we in the meantime have continued to have bean acres equal to or more that corn acres, 1 billion carryout but china is buying so no worry. China now upset over something acts first and quits buying our beans..... price tanks worse than now since we are not actively looking for a deal and we are really screwed. | |
