Guessing no, otherwise you would be sitting on a beach sipping Mai Thais right now. My point is what looks good now, may not be so good in 2 years with so many unknowns. Are you willing to take that risk? Because there's more risk in making sales without knowing inputs than many on here either realize or just gloss over. | |
