For the most part I love mine, They don't call it a crackberry for nothing. Once you use it you can't stop and will never go back to a regular phone. The only problem I've had is with the trackball, dirty greasy hands a definate no-no. I see verizon has a new one that is a touchscreen so it doesn't have the trackball.
