| I have tried to handle crabgrass post and always seems like too late. I've done the mesotrione, which in the ag world is Callisto or Generic Callisto or the labeled version is called Tenacity which is waaaay more expensive than running Callisto. It will turn the crabgrass white over time but like the above post use 5-6oz. I used 2-3 before and I was back doing it again.
I have also used Quinclorac which did a great job but it is expensive. 1 pound of dry will do an acre. If you look at the home and garden stores they have premix products of quinclorac and maybe dicamba or 2,4D and those products are a joke. They use extremely skinny rates which is a temporary fix.
Good luck! | |
