Northwest Iowa | Never heard farm credit referred to as green stone before. When did that start? I used to have land loans with farm credit and it was okay. I also had a loan with production credit and that was a different story. PCA liked to get you in deeper and deeper then pull the rug out from under you. I could see the writing on the wall so I really worked hard and cut every corner I could and paid them off. That was a happy day. | |
