As crappy as the concrete is made these days 40 years you will be redoing the concrete. Concrete these days is not like the old stuff. If you put your post into gravel and the shed area is well drained. Wood will be fine. High water table in your soils wood post will be short lived. Power line poles are around 40 - 60 years .
