| I have limited experience building fertilizer control systems. What's the benefit to taking a pump that can accurately meter fertilizer and just pumping at max flow that gets regulated by a control valve versus simply turning it at the needed speed for the output needed? Seems to me that putting a shaft speed sensor on the pump and controlling how fast you turn it would be easier than running it full tilt and trying to split the flow into what's needed and recirculating the remainder. | |
