| It takes time and money to send some one to get a story. After a few days the locals will have had time to sell footage.
One thing that struck me as odd but made sense. I was helping on clean up from a tornado. One of the news crews was getting a lot of footage. I asked if I made the evening news. It turned out they were getting footage to sell. It also turned out this footage might be used in another event. So in other words. If you see Joe in conjunction with a storm in Illinois, it might actually by Joe in conjunction with a storm last year in Iowa. | |
