Bremen, KS | I caught a bit of a news segment on News Channel Nebraska (NCN) where they were interviewing a young black man who is attending Peru State College. He said he is from DC where it is every man/woman for themselves and here it was just people helping people in whatever manner required. He looked gobsmacked but was clearly enjoying the experience. I hope he comes away with a far different impression of humanity than before and that it will last a lifetime.
