red river valley se of fargo | I'm not sure how old you are or what kind of job you got but if it's anything like production be prepared to ruffle some feathers if you're ambitious. I took a welding job and while training on the process my trainer stressed to me how much I was supposed to get done. Well, I'm naturally pretty efficient and competitive so after a month or so I had made an enemy of my trainer. After 6 months I was his boss. He ended up quitting. I didn't lose any sleep over it. The world is full of people just cashing a paycheck. |
