Nevada, Iowa | Mother nature is part of it. Seed companies are planting higher pops than years back and that tends to produce smaller kernels and more rounds. Personally, I also think a lot of seed is sold on false promises. When the elected size doesn't ship, the customer is left with a choice of what's there or maybe a less potential hybrid. I can't believe that companies don't know in Nov. what percentage of sizes are available in each lot. | |
