southern MN | I’m amazed at the amount of snow and ice on roofs, tar or tin, around here still after the rain and some above freezing temps, tho barely above. The tin roofs with some good pitch are still snowy.
Think I’d be looking to sue the assoc for not allowing me to prevent the damage to my space! That is entirely their fault. I assume it is his space, so his damages to deal with. But then, I’m not the type that would be under an assoc if I can still function.....
I’m listening to the Norfolk, Nebraska area police scanner on my scanner app, they had a person show up at the fire station with a heart attack, they had to figure out how to get to a hospital by committee as so many roads are closed. It sounds like the few roads open are mostly gravel, and they are breaking down and rutting up under the traffic they are getting as they deal with stranded motorists and other such. Every call is followed by other officers suggesting roads probably open to get there.
