Ron, I'm going to disagree slightly with dslman. It is sticky/tacky when first applied. But it seems to get a very thin "skin" on it after while. How quick that happens will be affected by how thick you put it on. It will not totally dry, and it does stick to wrenches. Brake clean on a rag will clean it right up. Try to keep it off your fingers!

I don't seem have the dust/dirt stick to terminals like we did when we used grease. After a time, you can touch the terminals lightly with your finger and nothing will stick. It's a little like half dry paint, you might leave some finger prints, but it doesn't stick if you don't touch it too hard.
