NE Nebraska | As if there wasn't enough water in NE Nebraska, the Wau-Col water line between Coleridge and Belden broke sometime before noon today (Wednesday). The water surfaced by our highway bin. They're doing the emergency locates, but due to flooding and road closures they don't think they'll fix it till tomorrow. They're leaving the water run since Belden needs it for supply.
