southern MN | We are in a less bad place, but similar conditions, we have deep snow, been raining more then not since yesterday afternoon, water is accumulating under the snow in the low spots, I think the folks trying to figure this out don’t know what to make of it, as the rivers are still froze over hard, they can’t get any depth readings on what is happening, no projections on any of it.
Hope for the best for all, I know it will be much worse out that way so I’m not trying to complain about here. Just agree I don’t think they know how to make accurate water forecasts at this time with so many unknowns and no similar previous data to work with.
