WI | 75k?! At 6 days a week, 10 hours a day would be $26 dollars an hour. How many dairy farmers do you know who can afford to pay that amount? There must be a lot of stay at home moms out there.
If I remember correctly, you started your career milking cows, not sure if you had employees or not. If you did, did you pay that much for the duties I described?
What happens if the employee wants a raise in a year or two?
For these kind of wages, it's no wonder why so many dairy farmers purchased robotic milkers, big square balers, self propelled choppers, etc.
