I've asked this question 3 or 4 times when wages come up on NAT without getting an answer. So, I'll ask you. How much should a smaller dairy farm (100 cows or less) be paying an employee? I'm talking about someone who can do chores by themselves unsupervised, able to operate basic machinery such as a skid steer, cut hay, rake, ted, merge, etc.
Basically someone who won't tear stuff up and doesn't think some jobs are beneath them.
