I am straight up hourly paid. No vacation, no paid time off and no benefits. I put 2683 hours in last year and about another 200 off the clock. I crunch a lot of numbers and walk fields in my off time. My wife or one of my boys usually tag along so it works me.
How many acres to pay for employee?
