If your clearing 200 an acre it would take 250 as said above. But all that 250 acres profit goes to the employee. I've heard of some giys doing a similar thing just giving there employee a farm to farm. I guess itskinda a tax shelter or tax dodge. They get the grain off of so many acres as a portion of there salary. Not sure how the accounting side worksout
