I'm almost certain that they will help you out. Tell them your concerns. They might want to take some samples to the lab to check them out. If they got brittle they probably will pick them up and give you new ones. You might have to pay for trucking but I'd say your tile is good. Maybe some mice damage but that's fixable. Let me know if you have issues.. What plant did it come from? Findlay or Brazil? Maybe wooster or Owosso?
