We built a concrete cistern to catch rainwater off 60x105 shed in 1990. Have a submersible pump to pump from bottom thru to a pressure tank. Use it for spraying and washing equipment.
Setup plastic tanks in shed to hold more water and pump into when raining to catch as much as possible. Rain water does not spot when washing equipment/vehicles. Never any cleanliness issues.
