I am 28 and have had SVT since i was abou 12-13 is the first one i remember. Was diagnosed in college after an hour or so long episode and bringing myself to the hospital. Was prescribed beta blockers and took them for about a year. Used to have an episodes every month or 2 with no real trigger, now i get maybe a very short once a year to two years.

Like you described there is no real trigger, and made me light headed and nauseaus.
