SW Minnesota | They need to be field dressed as some as the quit wigglen. Before I figured that out years ago I had good luck with onions ad bay leaves in a crock pot for stews. Chili and spaghetti worked good too. I also make a Moroccan meatball I found in a Paleo website that works good now . I haven't used it on on a gamey deer but I think it would work OK. Well handled venison is better than lamb. | |
