Packers have shown their cards. I don’t know if this lab based blood protein sludge can be passed off as meat. I’m sure some people would feed it to dogs so it’ll take some market. My point is all these years the pack has told us we are partners. They wanted us to do certain things to help them. A current example is bqa certification. They desperately need competition.
We need to do away with the usda (their safety cloak) and invent a safer, more honest meat inspection from the local level. | |
