Thats almost exactly how much land has "appreciated" here in the last 6 years. We have to thank out lower dollar value for that, as most farmers were receiving 30%-35% more than you southern boys. And not to mention some of the best yields and quality as well in the last 6 years save 2018 which was to dry.
