Most will choose cling to dying industry and find someone to blame.
Been seeing it in other livestock industries for decades.
Blending the lab grown will be a big profit maker for the meat industry once they get their economies of scale figured out. That will give the traditional texture and everyone will love it because it is a humane product with a reduced environmental impact. |
