Liberty, MO
When you have a little time check with the Yesterdays Tractor, the Oliver Forum. There have been lots of upgrades to the rod bolts, wrist pins bushings etc. Those were a sweet engine ,BUT they didn't last long if the wick on the pump was turned up any. I grew up on the green and white and silver tractors. My late father had an 1855 that bought used seemed kinda strong, dynoed well over 140, turned it down to about 120, couple years later rods went out, took the crankshaft too, saved the block though.
