It would be interesting to have these "lactose" intolerant people try raw milk. I know some people who are said to be lactose intolerant that love to indulge in a glass of our raw milk when they're out for a visit, as they say it doesn't bother their stomach at all.
A long time ago the neighbor kid and I would spend hours messing around the farm. His family milked cows. I tried raw milk and got sick from it. He drank it daily and was fine. Your intolerance for it increases as you grow older. I love the taste of milk, especially in cold cereal but my gut cannot handle it. |
