NE Nebraska | Husband and I drink about 2 quarts a week. He drinks regular skim milk and I drink either soy milk or lactaid (whole). Started drinking the soy and lactose free because when our boys drink regular milk their stomachs can react and gurgle and it’s audible from a room away. Kept drinking it because I prefer the taste. Plus that type of “milk” has a longer shelf life.
But we eat yogurt, cheese and cottage cheese daily. | |
